In both capacities, we have renovated university facilities, banks, the headquarters of a major insurance company, factories, offices in Manhattan, showrooms, upscale cooperative apartments, landmark buildings and even rural private homes.

During the last 10 years we have specialized in projects within medical centers, where we have undertaken a wide range of work including: offices, nurses stations, patient rooms, labs, recreation areas, clinics, and apartment renovations.

At Mount Sinai Medical Center, for example, we have completed approximately 300 construction projects without missing a deadline. We have also provided Mount Sinai with peripheral services such as design, model making, development of a ceremonial brass mace for the medical school, graphic design, and miscellaneous consultations on planning, design, construction, scheduling and staging.

We accomplish our work by using a select group of subcontractors with whom we have developed a relationship over the years. Our in house staff includes designers, superintendents, laborers, carpenters, painters, plasterers and woodworkers.

Our construction superintendents invariably have a degree in construction, engineering, or architecture and are both trained and experienced in urban renovations. Our woodworking shop is fully equipped for laminate work, corian, fine woodworking and architectural model making.

Our president's experience includes more than 30 years in design and construction, and he has a degree in architecture. Our office manager has a masters degree in urban planning.
